Riding Lesson Information

CEC provides riding lessons for all disciplines but specializes in hunters, jumpers, and dressage.  Lessons are offered 7 days a week by our knowledgeable instructors at most anytime, we try to be very flexible with our students.  We have a variety of school horses to help you progress through the levels.  Our students are given the opportunity to attend horse shows throughout the year and go out on the trails. 

Our students first learn basic safety and horsemanship to provide a safe foundation.  Students will learn how to catch a horse, tack up, grooming, bathing, learn basic horse care, and horse ownership preparation.    

Lesson Pricing:

• Group Lessons:  $30.00/Lesson
  • 4-5 ppl max in a group
  • 45 minutes minimum ride time
  • 15 minutes tack up/ cool down
• Group Lessons (Boarders/ Leasers) on your horse:  $25.00
  • 4-5 ppl max in a group
  • 45 minutes minimum ride time
  • 15 minutes tack up/ cool down
• Beginners Lessons/Private Lessons:  $35.00/Lesson
  • 1-2 ppl max
  • 30 minutes minimum ride time
  • 15 minutes tack up/ cool down

Please be prepared to spend approx 2hrs for each lesson.  This allows for the instructors and students to not be rushed and to take their time and finish their duties.

Leasing:

We have several horses for lease whether you want to do some trail riding or practice up on some of your skills.  Leasing is available only to current lesson students or intermediate/advanced riders. For more information on leasing and prices please ask your instructor or give us a call.
